- Bent Gabrielsen (1928 - 2014)
Bent Gabrielsen Pedersen was among the first group of students to be trained at the Danish College of Jewellery and Silversmithing. In his long career he made a large number of necklaces, bracelets and a few brooches, primarily for Hans Hansen, where he was artistic director, but also for Georg Jensen. His classic fifties designs were based on the boomerang and other elliptical shapes. He dropped Pederson from his signature in the sixties and is known simply as Bent Gabrielsen.
